The purpose of this package refrigeration system is to provide refrigeration to chill a process stream from –15.4oF to –23.2oF. The process stream is cooled using a closed loop propane refrigeration system. The scope of supply for this equipment consists of oil flooded screw compressor powered by a 1500 HP electric motor along with the required heat exchangers and vessels to compress, condense and evaporate the propane refrigerant.
