The objective of this process is compress natural gas from 14.7 psia at 121°F to 64.7 psia at 232.9°F. The compression is accomplished by an oil flooded screw compressor driven by 1,250 HP electric motor. The unit is provided with a suction scrubber, a lube oil separator, a recycle gas cooler, a lube oil cooler, dual lube oil filters and lube oil console for main motor bearings.
